Summer fishing around New Smyrna Beach has been nothing short of outstanding. Calm seas gave us the opportunity to head offshore, and the fish didn't disappoint. Every trip this weekend brought steady action and plenty of memories for everyone on board.
The shark bite has been red hot, with Atlantic sharpnose sharks keeping the rods bent and the drags screaming. These hard-fighting sharks have been perfect for anglers of all ages, especially the kids, who had a blast battling fish that punch well above their weight.

Our inshore and nearshore trips also produced a great mix of table fare. We boxed several quality flounder along with some nice whiting, giving our anglers plenty of fresh fish to take home for dinner. It's hard to beat ending a day on the water with a cooler full of fresh fillets.
The nearshore reefs have been full of life, with bonito crashing baits and putting on an incredible show. Their blistering runs and nonstop fight kept everyone on their toes, adding another level of excitement to an already incredible weekend on the water.

The best part of every trip is watching families make memories together. Seeing kids catch their first shark, hearing the excitement every time the drag starts screaming, and heading back to the dock with smiles and fresh fish never gets old. Those moments are what Reel Deal Fishin' Charters is all about.
With warm water and great conditions, the summer bite is shaping up to be one of the best of the season. Whether you want to chase sharks, target flounder for the dinner table, or battle fast running bonito on the reefs, now is a great time to get on the water.

We still have a few dates available, but they're filling quickly. If you've been thinking about booking a trip, don't wait.
