Meet Captain Chad Knight

Hey, I’m Captain Chad Knight—owner of Reel Deal Fishin’ Charters. I grew up loving the outdoors and moved to Florida from Tennessee when I was 11.

Since then, the water’s been my home. I’ve been blessed to turn my passion into a profession and now hold a 50-Ton Master License with a towing endorsement.

I built this business around three things that mean the most to me: God, family, and fishing. I love seeing families come together on the water and make memories that stick with them.

I’m great with kids and always do my best to make sure everyone from first timers to seasoned anglers has an awesome experience.

Some of my favorite fish to target are snook, flounder, and sheepshead, and I’ll work hard to get you on the bite.

I’m Captain Falon, a passionate local fisherman who lives for time on the water and helping others experience the thrill of coastal fishing. Whether I’m chasing trophy snook along the beaches and inlets or putting families on steady action in the backwaters, I bring patience, local knowledge, and a laid-back attitude to every trip.

Growing up around the water, fishing has always been more than a hobby for me — it’s a way of life. From early mornings searching for bait to dialing in the best bite each season, I’ve spent countless hours learning the waters from New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding coastline. My passion for the sport shows in every charter, and I take pride in making sure every guest leaves with lasting memories and an unforgettable experience on the boat.

I especially enjoy targeting snook, redfish, trout, flounder, and tarpon when they’re around. Whether you’re an experienced angler looking for a trophy catch or a family wanting a fun day on the water, I work hard to create a trip that fits your goals and skill level.

Known for my easygoing personality and strong work ethic, I treat every guest like family. My mission is simple — work hard, fish harder, and make every trip one to remember.
